Position Overview:

Location:
This role is available in the Miami/Coral Gables and/or Ft. Lauderdale offices, with options for hybrid work arrangements.

Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will possess experience in both first and/or third party insurance coverage and litigation. This role involves representing a diverse range of national and international insurers in complex coverage matters and litigations, including but not limited to:

  • Bad Faith Claims
  • Professional Liability
  • Pollution Liability
  • Construction Defects
  • Personal and Advertising Injury
  • Cyber Liability
  • Excess Liability
