About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and guest-focused individual to join our team as a Mountain Eatery Cafe Attendant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience at our Mountain Eatery Cafe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take and relay food and beverage orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Check on guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
  • Report guest concerns to a supervisor and strive to correct any issues immediately
  • Provide food and beverage product knowledge to guests
  • Use proper serving techniques to ensure a high level of service
  • Clean counters, equipment, and general work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Replenish foodstuffs and supplies in a cafeteria serving line, food bar, or storeroom
  • Perform simple food preparation tasks as needed
  • Report needed supplies and equipment malfunctions to the cafeteria manager
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Guest service experience preferred
  • Food and beverage experience preferred
  • Availability during peak operating times, including weekends, holidays, and special events
