Overview:
As a Quality Assurance Packaging Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are packaged to meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assemble and package products or kits accurately and efficiently.
2. Conduct thorough inspections of final products to verify adherence to specifications before packaging.
3. Follow detailed packaging instructions as outlined in technical drawings.

Core Duties:
- Engage in in-line packaging operations, including the operation of machinery for pouch packaging.
- Perform final checks on labeling to ensure consistency with production documentation.
- Identify and document any defects in packaging and communicate findings to management and quality assurance teams.
- Maintain accurate records of inspected packaged products.
- Participate in off-line packaging tasks, including the assembly of various kits.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace by returning raw materials to designated areas and performing general cleaning duties.
- Occasionally assist in the movement of materials using hand trucks or forklifts.
- Interpret and understand shop documentation and drawings to complete tasks effectively.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 60 days of relevant experience or training, or a combination of education and experience.

Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in basic arithmetic operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, specifications, and technical drawings.
- Capable of applying common sense to follow detailed written or verbal instructions.
- Skilled in addressing issues involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
