General Laborer

We are seeking a skilled General Laborer to join our team at US Staffing Agency. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to maintain the facilities and equipment of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, including fixing dripping taps, running toilets, and other minor plumbing issues.
- Install appliances, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, shelves, pictures, window locks, and fix lighting issues and electrical problems.
- Painting tasks and testing appliances to ensure they work properly.
- Maintain HVAC systems by changing filters and performing routine maintenance and inspection.
- Clean out rain gutters and remove fallen branches.
- Experience in all areas of maintenance and repair.
- Strong mechanical skills and ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.
- Ability to resolve basic maintenance problems and work independently.
- Positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Clean background and no certification requirements.
