School Nurse: Health Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled School Nurse to join our team at Uncommon Schools Roxbury Prep. As a School Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our students.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily medical care and attention to students with various health needs.
- Manage student health records, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date files.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure students receive necessary medical care and support.
- Develop and implement effective health programs and initiatives to promote student health and wellness.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
- BSN or Masters in Nursing Required.
- Two full years of employment as a Registered Nurse in a child health, community health, or other relevant clinical nursing setting is desired.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary range of $61,000 - $66,000, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
