As an Electroencephalogram (EEG) specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our patients by performing and monitoring EEG procedures in a hospital and clinic setting.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $102,744 - $161,162, based on a 36-hour workweek and taking into account the location in Billings, Montana.
Job DescriptionThis role requires strong communication skills and proficiency in neurodiagnostic technologies. You will be responsible for:
- Performing advanced EEG procedures, including WADA, PET Scan, SPECT scan with EEG, and Surgical EEG
- Mentoring junior technicians under the direction of the EEG Supervisor
- Monitoring and tracking equipment and supplies, and coordinating troubleshoot efforts when necessary
- Demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Develop and implement effective solutions to improve clinical operations and patient outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest neurodiagnostic technologies and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Current Registered Electroencephalographic Technologist (R.EEG.T) credential or equivalent
- BLS Certification or RQI for Healthcare Providers
- Licensed in the State of practice if applicable
- Familiarity with technology, including EEG acquisition systems and Microsoft Office
