Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Dialysis

IDR Healthcare is seeking a skilled travel nurse RN dialysis professional to join our team in Rock Island, Illinois.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate travel nurse RN dialysis professional to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) requiring dialysis treatment.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in dialysis care.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Illinois.
  • Experience in dialysis nursing, preferably in a travel setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
