  • Operate bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and decorating tools.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting production deadlines and ensuring high-quality products.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other bakery team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as a cake decorator or in a related bakery role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
