Job Title: Commercial Loan Processor I

Fremont Bank, a leading mid-tier bank in the nation, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Commercial Loan Processor I to join its Commercial Lending Department. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in supporting the underwriting process, ensuring timely and accurate loan decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare due diligence checklists and track receipt and completeness of borrower and property due diligence.
  • Order third-party reports, including appraisals, environmental reports, and flood certificates.
  • Review and upload documents in nCino, the bank's document management application.
  • Prepare insurance request letters and ensure final insurance meets Fremont Bank guidelines.
  • Send renewal letters on a monthly basis and prepare loan withdrawal/decline packages.
  • Update and track loan status on a regular basis in the bank's database.
Requirements:
  • An Associate's degree in Business or Finance or equivalent related experience.
  • A minimum of one plus years of previous banking experience in administrative/analytical support.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, writing, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments while delivering quality work product.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suites.
  • Base knowledge of tax returns and various types of financial statements preferred.
  • Experience in processing commercial loans preferred.
