About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Psychologist/ Psychological Psychotherapist to join our team at Matrix Ventures. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in leading and supervising our psychology department, ensuring the quality of our psychological services, and developing and improving our therapeutic offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the psychology department, overseeing the delivery of high-quality psychological services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and effectiveness of our therapeutic offerings.
  • Provide psychotherapeutic treatment to patients, working closely with colleagues in a trusting, team-oriented, and interdisciplinary manner.
  • Serve as a point of contact for family members, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Collaborate with the chief physician to develop and implement our therapy concept.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in psychology or a related field.
  • Additional training as a psychological psychotherapist or certification in a recognized therapy method.
  • Previous experience in a leadership position, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Specialized knowledge in the field of psychology, including cognitive, social, and emotional development.
