Braskem is a leading producer of polypropylene in the United States, with six production plants located in Texas, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. We are seeking a highly skilled Instrumentation and Electrical Engineer to join our Maintenance and Reliability Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing reliability best practices, developing and optimizing preventive maintenance tasks, and supporting maintenance activities. This includes providing day-to-day technical support in the field for instrumentation and electrical issues and projects, managing preventative maintenance and inspection deferrals, and owning and managing area maintenance procedures.

We offer a competitive salary of $**120,000** per annum, depending on qualifications, as well as a range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision benefits, retirement benefits, maternity and paternity leave, life insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, Teladoc, and a wide range of voluntary benefits.

This role requires a BS degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 0-5 years relevant experience, as well as understanding of industry codes and standards (i.e. IEEE, ISA, NFPA, NEC), instrumentation and measurement technology, low and high-voltage power distribution and controls, safety instrumented system specification, design, and implementation, analyzers and sample systems, PLC maintenance and functionality, reliability engineering concepts and data scrutiny techniques, predictive and preventive maintenance concepts.
