Job Opportunity: Experienced Dental Assistant

At Your Dental Recruiter, we are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch oral health services to our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist dentists during procedures, ensuring all instruments and materials are ready and available.
  • Perform chairside duties efficiently and with precision.
  • Greet patients warmly and prepare them for treatments.
  • Provide post-operative instructions and care information.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and charts.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of dental supplies.
  • Adhere to strict infection control protocols to ensure a safe and sterile environment.
  • Clean and sterilize instruments and equipment according to guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant.
  • Skills: Proficiency in dental software and technology, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Personality: Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset, professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Certification: Valid Dental Assistant certification, CPR certification.
