Job Title: Excavator Operator

We are seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team at Plumstead Quarry, a partnership between H&K Group, Inc. and Naceville Materials, Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment, particularly excavators with hammers, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate excavators with hammers to excavate and move materials
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of equipment
  • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment, including lubrication and cleaning
  • Ensure product quality and accuracy
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment, preferably excavators with hammers
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
