Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one, in-home companion care and daily living assistance to elderly and disabled individuals
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping
  • Transport clients to and from appointments and activities
  • Collaborate with clients' families and healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans

Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant/HHA
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
  • Smart phone and email account
  • Understanding of ethics and client confidentiality
