Job Overview

We're seeking highly motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Key Account Retail Merchandising Specialists. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering execution excellence every day.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $52,700-$63,500, based on industry standards and market research.

Responsibilities

As a Key Account Retail Merchandising Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Blding Rapport with Store Associates and Management: You'll establish strong relationships with store associates and management to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans.
  • Educating Customers and Store Personnel: You'll educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of our client's brands and product lines.
  • Executing Merchandising Plans: You'll execute all required tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy, following all provided instructions.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalency Certification: A high school diploma or equivalency certification is required.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required, as travel to additional locations may be necessary.
  • Automobile Liability Insurance: Automobile liability insurance is required to be maintained.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for building rapport with store associates and management.
  • Ability to Lift Objects: The ability to lift objects and products up to 50 lbs, with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs.
