Job Title: Chief Architect

GPAC, a leading architectural firm in Rochester, NY, is seeking an experienced Senior Design Professional to join their team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on various architectural projects, including Commercial, Educational, and Multi-Family developments.

About the Role:

  • Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality documentation.
  • Develop design criteria and define project requirements.
  • Schedule, estimate, plan, and budget projects efficiently.
  • Utilize software such as AutoCAD and Revit to design, sketch, and provide drawings of proposed projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
  • 4 years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Experience in Commercial, Educational, and/or Multi-Family projects.
