Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse for a travel nursing assignment in a top healthcare facility.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in perioperative nursing and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the operating room, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient surgical procedures.
  • Assess and manage patient pain and discomfort during and after surgery.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements:
  • Active RN license in good standing.
  • At least 18 months of recent experience in an acute care surgery setting.
  • Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
