Job Summary:
We're looking for a customer-focused individual who can handle patient-related calls efficiently and professionally. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong commitment to patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming patient-related calls in a timely and professional manner
• Address patient billing questions and concerns
• Work closely with the billing team, hospital departments, and agencies providing billing and collection support
• Enter data accurately and possess strong computer skills
• Collaborate with the Patient Account Lead on functions related to early out placements, bad debt placements, and HSN billing
Requirements:
• 1-3 years' strong customer service and telephone experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple competing priorities
• Ability to enter data accurately and possess strong computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• N/A certification/licensure required
What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
