Job SummaryThe Admissions Clerk plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth admission process for patients. This includes receiving referrals, gathering and verifying pertinent information, and completing necessary procedures to schedule and admit outpatients.
Responsibilities:- Candidates will possess excellent professional, organizational, and communication skills.
- Able to set priorities and work within a team environment.
- Possess knowledge of typing, word processing, spreadsheet, and computer billing systems.
We are seeking a motivated individual with a high school diploma or equivalent and prior clerical experience in a healthcare setting. Non-healthcare hospitality, hostess, customer service experience will also be considered. Current BLS certification is preferred.
