Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at BIG DADDY RESTAURANT GROUP LLC - McComb, MS. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with guests to ensure a positive dining experience
  • Prepare and serve drinks according to company standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware and inventory
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol according to state law
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of work location
  • Must have basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, as well as standard drink recipes
  • Must be able to remain stationary for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs
Knowledge and Skills
  • Guest relations and customer service skills
  • Bar standards and knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine
  • POS operation and side work duties
  • Recipes and mixology skills
  • Local and state laws and regulations
