Job Summary:
The Retail Operations Associate is responsible for receiving merchandise, processing transactions, and providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Organize and replenish merchandise on shelves, counters, and displays.
+ Create promotional displays to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
+ Price merchandise accurately using tags or stamps.
+ Assist customers in locating and selecting products.
+ Address customer inquiries regarding product details, pricing, and usage.
+ Handle customer complaints with a positive and service-oriented approach.
+ Package and prepare merchandise for customer purchase.
+ Calculate total costs, including taxes, to finalize sales.
+ Process payments and provide accurate change.
+ Maintain accurate cash register records at the end of each shift.
+ Conduct inventory checks and manage merchandise orders.
+ Adhere to sanitation and safety standards, including ServSafe guidelines.
+ Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
+ Perform additional duties as required.
