Job Overview

The Phoenix Center for Rehab & Nursing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of RN Supervisor. This position is ideal for a motivated and compassionate nursing professional who is looking to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Oversee the nursing department during scheduled shifts and provide guidance and support to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
    • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
  • Quality Patient Care
    • Ensure that high-quality nursing care is provided to residents, adhering to established health and safety guidelines and procedures.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work effectively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient-centered care goals.
    • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience
    • Proven experience as a registered nurse with a strong background in leadership and management.
    • Valid nursing license in Pennsylvania.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
