About Our Opportunity

As an Occupational Therapist with our organization, you'll play a vital role in empowering individuals to achieve their full potential. You'll provide personalized care, develop treatment plans, and work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to patients, adhering to evidence-based practices and professional standards
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting realistic goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring continuity and comprehensive support
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on proper techniques, safety protocols, and adaptive strategies
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and communication with healthcare providers to ensure timely interventions and progress updates

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Washington
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including pediatric and adult patients, preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a safe and organized work environment
