Senior Meat Cutter

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Meat Cutter to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will play a critical role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our meat department.

• Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of various meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations to provide high-quality meat products to our members.
• Be a Business Analyst: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
• Be a Customer Advocate: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Be a Process Improvement Specialist: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experiences.
• Be a Compliance Officer: Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

• Minimum Qualifications: 6 months' experience working in a fresh production department
• Preferred Qualifications: Meat processing area experience
