Cardiac Catheterization Technologist

Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a skilled Cardiac Catheterization Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Texas.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cardiac Catheterization Technologist to provide technical and patient support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiology and cardiovascular technology, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for invasive and non-invasive procedures
- Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Operate and maintain medical equipment safely and efficiently
- Assess procedure rooms for equipment functionality and readiness
- Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities
- Formal 2-year radiologic technology training in an AMA-approved school
- Basic EKG course
- Preferred: BS in Radiology or equivalent, 1 year of experience in Cardiac Cath, Radiology Care
- Required certifications: American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in computed tomography, Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, ARRT, State license if required, American Heart Association BLS, ACLS
- Guaranteed hours for travel contracts
- Preferred booking agreement for local contracts

- Contract security compared to a contract with an outside agency
Our hire process involves qualifying our clinicians to meet or exceed the minimum requirements of a travel or local assignment. Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
