Key Responsibilities
  • Lead compliance with quality, food safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Connect and integrate internal and external quality assurance procedures
  • Detect and correct out-of-specification situations
  • Optimize product and process implementation
  • Support other departments in ensuring quality awareness and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in food processing with a focus on food safety, quality management, and process development
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and business integration software
  • Strong data entry skills and intermediate to advanced level skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and travel up to 20% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Food Science, Animal Science, or related field
  • Experience in commercial product and process development
  • Knowledge of animal nutrition and food formulation
