About the RN Emergency Room Nurse Position at Saunders Staffing Agency
- **Job Summary:**
- As a RN Emergency Room Nurse with Saunders Staffing Agency, you will provide leadership and facilitate the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients.
- **Key Responsibilities:**
- • Utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and family.
- • Implement medically prescribed interventions.
- **Qualifications and Requirements:**
- • **Education:** Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN)
- • **License/Certifications:** Current NC RN license and BLS certification
- • **Experience:** One year of hospital nursing experience
- **Additional Details:**
- • One year of hospital experience is required, and we will provide cross-training.
- • **Shifts:** 3x12 hour shifts, with day, night, and evening options available.
- • **Salary Range:** $33 - $49.50 per hour, based on years of experience.
- • **Differentials:** $4 per hour for evening shifts, $6 per hour for night shifts, and $3.50 per hour for weekend shifts.
- • **Sign-on Bonus:** A one-time bonus of $15,000 (amount not advertised publicly).
- • **Relocation:** Considered on a case-by-case basis.
