Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of professional duties related to the compounding, dispensing, and management of pharmaceuticals as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations.
- Prepare pharmaceutical products as necessary.
- Address inquiries regarding medication components, dosages, treatment plans, storage, and disposal.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of pharmaceuticals and chemicals.
- Provide expert support to healthcare providers across various settings.
- Conduct essential managerial functions for team members, including recruitment, training, conducting meetings, addressing performance challenges, and approving payroll.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Participate in an on-call rotation
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree
- Completion of postgraduate training
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
