  • As a leader, you will work closely with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures that support our company's goals and objectives.
  • You will maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • You will collaborate with internal customers and other departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a responsible position within the heavy equipment service industry.
  • 5+ years of customer service experience, with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships with customers.
  • 3+ years of supervisory/management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Possession of intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, as well as basic knowledge of DMS and ET/SIS/SIS Web/STW systems.
