Job Summary:
Cosentinos Group Inc is currently hiring an Inventory Management Specialist to join our retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory levels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet productivity standards. You will also be responsible for monitoring expiration dates, rotating ad items, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Salary: Estimated annual salary: $38,000 - $48,000 based on location and experience.

Responsibilities:
* Receive, count, and record inventory shipments
* Stock shelves, rotate stock, and maintain inventory levels
* Monitor expiration dates and ensure proper rotation of ad items
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Collaborate with other departments to achieve team goals

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and bend/squat frequently
* Basic math and reading skills required
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
