Willamette Dental is a leading provider of dental care services, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences and outstanding clinical outcomes.
This role presents an exciting opportunity for a skilled General Dentist to join our team in Oregon.
As a valued member of our team, you will have the chance to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
Salary and Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $180,000 - $210,000, depending on experience.
In addition to a competitive compensation package, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) retirement plan with 5% match, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, life insurance, voluntary disability insurance, commuter benefits, two complimentary pairs of Fig scrubs (clinical roles), and employee assistance program.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Dentist to join our team in Oregon.
Responsibilities will include:
- Embodying our treatment philosophy, mission, and values by providing high-quality care to patients
- Working collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
- Coordinating multiple schedules to ensure seamless patient care and exceptional experiences
- Maintaining quality care and adherence to our treatment philosophy through regular review and improvement
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain expertise and skills
- Meeting and exceeding performance targets and metrics, including patient count, routine work, customer experience, access, and quality care
- Strictly adhering to OSHA and blood-borne pathogens policies, FDA guidelines, and ALARA principle guidelines
- Diagnosing and treating dental issues related to disease, malformations, and injuries, developing individualized treatment plans
- Presenting and educating patients on proactive dental care plans, addressing concerns, and resolving second opinions
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- A Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from an accredited institution
- Valid licensure in the specific state(s) where practicing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients and colleagues
- Excellent clinical skills, with ability to diagnose and treat complex dental conditions
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices
