About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team and contribute to the construction of underground telecommunications infrastructure. As a Laborer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general labor duties related to telecommunications construction, including loading, driving, and delivery of construction materials and equipment.
  • Operate or work around heavy equipment and machinery, including trucks, cars, backhoes, and trenchers.
  • Install and maintain underground telecommunications cabling, and perform general construction work under the direction of a Foreman/Supervisor.
  • Maintain safe working habits and conditions according to all regulations, procedures, and policies.
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Hold a valid standard Driver's License or Class A Commercial Driver's License.
  • Have basic knowledge of and ability to operate various types of utility trucks and equipment in a safe manner.
  • Be able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed with or without assistance.
  • Be able to work over-time, after hours, on weekends, for emergencies, or on-call.
