Job Title: Dispensary Associate

At Trulieve, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dispensary Associate to join our team. As a Dispensary Associate, you will play a critical role in guiding customers through their cannabis journey, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide empathetic and compassionate support to patients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including benefits, potential side effects, and usage guidelines.
  • Process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the TruHost and Reception team to enhance the customer experience.
  • Assist with returns, exchanges, and other customer-related issues.
Requirements:
