Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care in a facility in Holyoke, MA. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited university and be licensed in the state of Oregon. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for daily rounding, assessing and treating patients, coordinating care with other healthcare providers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive daily rounds with a physician on assigned patients.
  • Educate and empower patients and their families about their health care needs.
  • Document care comprehensively and accurately.
