Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an LPN with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the patient's healthcare team
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and make recommendations for care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
