Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Part-Time Commitment: 48 hours per pay period, with clinic hours from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, plus administrative time as needed.
  • Clinical Expertise: Candidates should have experience in Radiation Oncology or be a recent graduate with a strong academic background.
  • Practice Development: Demonstrated experience in building a medical practice is preferred.
  • Leadership Potential: Opportunities for leadership roles and practice expansion may be available.
  • Team Collaboration: Work as part of a clinical care team, performing tasks aligned with the qualifications of a Medical Oncologist/Hematologist.
  • Practice Environment: Outpatient setting at a state-of-the-art Cancer Center.
  • Patient Demographics: Focus on timely diagnosis of solid tumors, with a referral pattern that emphasizes oncology.
  • Administrative Duties: Participation in Tumor Board meetings, ordering tests and imaging, and prescribing treatments.
  • Patient Care: Administer chemotherapy and manage patient care effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to utilize various software programs and office equipment efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Professionalism: Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate independent judgment.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform physical tasks associated with patient care.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive Salary: Total compensation exceeding $250k, based on experience.

Qualifications:
