Fight Instructor

**UFC Gym Lancaster** seeks a highly motivated and experienced Muay Thai Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading private training sessions.

We are looking for an individual with a passion for martial arts and a strong desire to help others achieve their fitness goals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients and provide personalized instruction to help them reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of related coaching experience and hold a certification from a recognized organization. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Deliver high-quality private training sessions to clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive client experience
• Meet or exceed revenue targets through sales of private training sessions and supplements

**Requirements:**

• 1+ year of related coaching experience
• Certification from a recognized organization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
