Dining Host/Hostess

We are seeking a highly skilled and welcoming Dining Host/Hostess to join our team at the Kickapoo Casino Harrah. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Greeting guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
• Managing table assignments efficiently to ensure seamless service
• Providing exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with guests and colleagues

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in hospitality and customer service.

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work well under pressure in a busy casino environment
• Familiarity with food service operations and safety protocols
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

This role requires working in a dynamic environment with heavy cigarette smoke and competing noises. You must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English, and have excellent grooming habits.

The estimated salary for this role is $10.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth within the company.
