Household Associate - GNA Union Position

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Household Associate to join our team at Levindale Hospital. As a key member of our care team, you will provide safe and supportive care to our patients, assisting with activities of daily living and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient care and support, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including laundry and housekeeping duties
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care plans

Requirements:

  • GED equivalent or high school certificate
  • Less than one year of experience required
  • Basic computer skills and standard office equipment
  • Medical terminology and medical equipment knowledge
  • American Heart Association CPR/BLS certification and GNA licensure
