We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Polyurethane Molding Operator. This position offers two shifts: 5am-3pm for the first shift and 3pm-1am for the second shift, with opportunities for overtime on Fridays when available.

Key Responsibilities:

The Polyurethane Molding Operator will be responsible for:

  • Setting up and operating molding machinery to produce urethane components.
  • Conducting general machine setup, preparation, pouring, demolding, and trimming of parts according to customer specifications.
  • Exhibiting strong time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth production process.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in machine operation.
  • Prior work in a manufacturing or industrial setting is advantageous.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints and safety guidelines.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Familiarity with basic mathematics and measurement tools.
  • A self-motivated approach with problem-solving skills.
  • A proven record of excellent attendance.
