Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Clinical Nurse Practitioner, you will provide oversight for infusions being administered in our ambulatory infusion centers. You will work closely with our nursing staff to ensure the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical oversight for infusions being administered in our ambulatory infusion centers
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients receiving infusion therapy
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of patient progress
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited nurse practitioner program
  • Active Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in the state(s) of practice
  • Experience in family physician setting with strong knowledge of chronic disease states and current therapies
  • BLS (American Heart Association) or obtained upon hire
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and other partner programs
