Job Summary

We are seeking a Dispensary Associate to join our team at Trulieve. As a Dispensary Associate, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their cannabis journey, educating them on the benefits and potential side effects of our products. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing patient orders, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked workstation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and guests
  • Provide empathy and compassion to patients
  • Provide product knowledge and education to customers
  • Process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 21 years old (or 18 in CT, PA, and WV)
  • Prior experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus
  • Must have prior cash handling experience
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
