As a travel Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a SNF setting, including assessment, treatment, and documentation of patient progress
  • Collaborate with the occupational therapist and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities, and develop treatment plans to address identified deficits
  • Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

  • Certified Occupational Therapist License required
  • CPR/BLS certification required
