We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team at Marriott Anchorage Downtown. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and a memorable experience.

Responsibilities will include:

• Guest Services: Greet and assist guests with information, luggage, directions, and questions.
• Valet Services: Park and retrieve valeted cars, ensuring efficient and secure parking for our guests.
• Customer Service: Provide Marriott standard customer service, ensuring all guests receive a first-rate experience.
• Other Responsibilities: Additional tasks as assigned by management.

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Must be 21 years and older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and apply for an Alaska driver's license within 30 days of hire.
• Three-year clean driving record.
