Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver complex engineering projects and programs.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate activities with internal and external development partners to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders and management.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
  • PMP/PMI certification preferred.
  • Typically 4+ years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with SAP, S4, OCA, and Salesforce are nice to have.

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create and manage program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Experience with Agile Methodology and Scrum Development.
