Job Responsibilities
  • Work in post-acute facilities in the area as an LPN.
  • Be accountable to follow and adhere to resident care plans.
  • Track the wellbeing of residents, both physical and mental, and monitor their vital signs.
  • Conduct intakes, document health concerns and medical history of residents.
  • Administer and properly verify medications and monitor their effects.
  • Review residents' charts and medical records.
  • Assist with the cultivation of a safe, comfortable facility.
  • Maintain appropriate stocks of medical supplies.
  • Participate in IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures.
  • Help with the orientation and training of medical staff.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program.
  • High school graduation, GED, or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of experience (LPN or similar role).
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
