Job Title: Quality Training Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Training Consultant to join our team at Innova Solutions. As a Quality Training Consultant, you will be responsible for standing up a quality-focused training system, developing assessments to understand the status of training, and managing and developing the required activities for quality training at the NCSF site for hourly employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a quality-focused training system that includes initial deployment of training across the entire manufacturing facility.
  • Develop assessments to understand the status of training and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and develop the required activities for quality training at the NCSF site for hourly employees.
  • Develop the content and frequency of training to meet the needs of quality techs, operators, engineers, team leaders, and managers.
  • Develop assessments to understand the effectiveness of training and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify gaps within the process and create deliverables to execute.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of bachelor's degree required with 5-7+ years' of experience in building training programs.
  • Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) required.
  • Project management experience required.
  • Experience training other workers/contractors.
  • ETQ systems experience is preferred.
