We are seeking a skilled Assembly Line Worker to join our team at E.A. Sween Company. As an Assembly Line Worker, you will be responsible for assembling sandwiches on high-speed production lines. This is a mid-level position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work in 32F temperatures for 8+ hours
  • Able to stand for 8+ hours
  • Able to work in close proximity to co-workers
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work as a team
  • Able to speak and understand basic English

Benefits:

  • Starting pay is $12.00 hour, plus a 50 cent shift differential
  • After 90 days, possible pay increase based on performance
  • $500 retention bonus paid out after 90 days of employment
