We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Utah Valley Specialty Hospital. Our hospital provides critical care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries and has earned The Joint Commission's Respiratory Failure Certification.

About Us

We provide specialized treatment throughout Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, and Nevada, with a focus on medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a Respiratory Therapist with one year of recent experience in an acute care setting, who is licensed to practice in their state and certified in CPR. This individual should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate good judgment and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will evaluate and treat patients with breathing disorders, perform lab functions, and assume primary responsibility for all respiratory care treatments. They will also integrate the hospital's mission and 'Guiding Principles' into daily practice.
