We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Louisville, Georgia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing speech and language therapy services to students with a variety of needs, including severe behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Speech Therapy Services: Provide individualized speech and language therapy services to students with severe behavioral needs, using evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Virtual Services: Assist with virtual SLP services to ensure comprehensive support for all students, utilizing technology to deliver high-quality services remotely.
  • Record Keeping and Progress Monitoring: Maintain detailed and accurate records of student progress and treatment plans, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive working environment, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
Qualifications
  • SLP Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and current Georgia state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • SLPA Requirements: Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders and current Georgia state license as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
Skills and Abilities
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, educators, parents, and other professionals.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different service delivery models (onsite, hybrid, VOCO) and technology platforms, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
Estimated Salary Range:

$70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
